Musician, manager, coach: a career that changed shape several times, always in service of others.
I have had more than one professional life. It is not a straight line: each turn brought me closer to understanding people and finding better ways to support them.
For a good part of my professional life, I was a musician. I also taught clarinet and gave talks. That is where I learned to really listen, to adapt my approach to whoever was in front of me, and to bring out what people are capable of.
I then moved into management within large organizations, holding leadership positions and mentoring other managers along the way. I also offer management coaching, working with leaders on how they develop their skills and guide their teams through change.
Curious and driven by the desire to help organizations adapt, I turned toward agile coaching. I work with people, teams and organizations on how they operate, with a concrete focus on innovation, collaboration and collective performance.
What convinced me to train in personal coaching was what I discovered with NLP and Ericksonian hypnosis: their ability to shift deep-seated beliefs and behaviours. I now use these tools with the people I work with, whether their goals are professional or personal.
What it all comes down to is a genuine commitment to the people I work with. My approach is respectful and non-judgmental: each person moves at their own pace, with the tools that fit their situation.

The support does not aim at significant changes in the client's health status or personality, as this falls under medicine or psychotherapy.
As a professional coach, I also adhere to the ICF Code of Ethics, which establishes ethical and professional standards to guarantee quality support.
